I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the link we email you. Open it on the phone that has ParallelFit installed.

My watch and phone won't connect

Install ParallelFit on both from Google Play, sign in on the phone, and keep the watch paired in the Wear OS or Galaxy Wearable app. Copies installed from outside Google Play can't talk to Play-installed ones.

Workouts from other apps aren't showing up

ParallelFit imports through Health Connect. Check that your other app writes to Health Connect and that ParallelFit is allowed to read exercise, distance and heart rate (Settings → Health Connect → App permissions).

How do I add a partner or join a crew?

Invite a partner from the Partners screen, or open a crew on the Crew tab to invite people to it. Each invite link works once and lasts 7 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → ParallelFit.
